Gail McCarthy, MBA, REALTOR, Broker/Owner

 Gail began her real estate career in 2004 as an investor and later became a real estate agent in 2007.  She works with both residential and commercial buyers and sellers, primarily in Hooksett, Manchester, Bedford, Auburn, Candia, Londonderry, and surrounding areas. 

 

As a local real estate expert, Gail works with  residential buyers and sellers to make their transactions go as smoothly as possible.  She is deeply committed to her clients, understanding their needs and working with them accordingly.

 

Gail also works with other business owners and investors to acheive their objectives.  Her investing experience began by buying/selling/leasing pre-foreclosure single-family residentces.  As the Owner/Key Principal of  Strictly Commercial, LLC, she raises private capital to acquire commercial properties.  Gail's portfolio is currently comprised of 252 multi-family units.  She understands conventional and creative deals and financing and knows how to create effective solutions for buyers and sellers.

 

Previously, Gail worked as an implementation consultant for an enterprise software company.  Before that, she worked as a freelance writer/editor for software and engineering companies and as a marketing coordinator for engineering firms in Northern California.

 

In 1996, Gail earned an MBA in International Business at San Francisco State University, which included study abroad at Fachhochschule Aachen in Germany.  In 1988, she earned a BS in Business at Plymouth State University.

 

Gail has been a member of the New Hampshire Real Estate Investors Association since 2004 and served on the Board of Directors from 2007 - 2009.  Other memberships include the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS, and the Hooksett Kiwanis.
